- Cost/benefit analysis to assist the client in the "build out" or "sell now" decision
- Market analysis including a recommended selling price & strategy to move the property within an optimal time interval
- Detailed budget for the cost to complete; guarantee a completion period and cost
- Manage build out and pay all subcontractors and supply lien releases to the client
- Mold Certifications and a One Year warranty/Ten Year Structural Defect warranty to reduce a client’s risk
- Manage and maintain existing completed inventories of houses until sold
- Final disposition of property through alliance with national network of sales professionals
